Returns Policy

  1. There is no refund for downloaded or electronically delivered software purchases. Use the FREE DEMO versions if you want to test our software.
  2. There is a 30-day money back guarantee for qualified, Unopened, boxed software purchases with a discretionary 20% restocking fee. Delivery is not refunded. Call 01482 319700 for a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number.
  3. Return software products must be repackage with all included software, manuals, etc (incomplete systems are also subject to a restocking fee) and ship the contents with the RMA number prominently displayed to: PCDJ (UK) Ltd. Unit 5 Shine Innovation Park, St Marks Street. Hull HU8 7FB
Packages arriving at PCDJ (UK) Ltd without RMA numbers or descriptions will either be refused or processed without refund. If you have shipped a product to us that becomes damaged during shipment, you are responsible for any amount that is not insured.

Lost License Code

The customer is responsible for security and safety of their license code for software products. PCDJ is not responsible for lost codes and cannot issue replacement product codes. We will endeavour to find your code if you have lost it but you will need to provide matching registration details, typically name, postcode and the email address which the product was registered to. Hardware

Return

  1. There is a 30-day money back guarantee with a discretionary 20% restocking fee on hardware. 
  2. For mail order purhcases a statutory 7 day cooling off period applies within which you may return an unused product.
  3. There are no returns after 30 days for custom hardware. A Custom Product is defined as a product that has specifically been created for that customers use and cannot be returned for resale or restocking, for example a custom built PC base unit.
  4. Product must be complete and in as-new, undamaged condition to receive credit. We reserve the right to reduce any refund amount where a product is not in original condition.

Repair

  1. 30 days on parts and labour
  2. 60 days on labour

Sound Cards

Warranties

All sound cards sold by PCDJ are third party products and are subject to the warranties and representations of the applicable manufacturers. This usually means a 12 month warranty. It is very rare for a sound card to go faulty and most problems are easily resolved by our support team. If you suspect your card is fault contact our support team first by email support@pcdj.co.uk or telephone 01482 319700.

Return Policy

Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Email support@pcdj.co.uk or telephone 01482 319700 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number before returning a product.

Returns must be complete with original materials and packing. A 20% restocking fee may apply on all returns where no fault is found, applicable at our discretion. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for returned merchandise shipping costs.

Software products are not usually returnable. Call for advice - 01482 319700.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Damage Claims

In the event of shipping damage, contact the carrier immediately to report a damage claim and schedule an inspection by a carrier representative. Save all packing materials and boxes. You must also notify PCDJ Ltd at t: +44 (0)1482 319700 or email: support@pcdj.co.uk. The merchandise will be replaced upon verification of in-transit damage.
