1. There is no refund for downloaded or electronically delivered software purchases

2. There is a 30-day money back guarantee for qualified, Unopened, boxed software purchases with a 20% restocking fee. delivery is not refunded.

3. Return software products must be repackage with all included software, manuals, etc (incomplete systems are also subject to a restocking fee) and ship the contents with the RMA number prominently displayed to:

Packages arriving at PCDJ (UK) Ltd without RMA numbers or descriptions, will either be refused or processed without refund. If you have shipped a product to us that becomes destroyed during shipment, you are responsible for any amount that is not insured.

The customer is responsible for security and safety of their license code for PCDJ Products.
PCDJ is not responsible for lost codes and cannot issue replacement product codes.

Return:
1.There is a 30-day money back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee on hardware (Does Not apply to Sound Cards).

2. There are no returns after 30 days for custom hardware. A Custom Product is defined as a product that has specifically been created for that customer’s use and cannot be returned for resale or restocking.

3. Product must be complete and in as-new, undamaged condition to receive credit. Call for RMA as above.

Warranties:
All sound cards sold by PCDJ are third party products and are subject to the warranties and representations of the applicable manufacturers. PCDJ makes no representation or warranty with respect to the merchantability or fitness of merchandise for any particular purpose.

Return Policy:
Defective or Damaged Merchandise will be replaced with prior authorization.
Call for RMA as above. Returns must be complete with original materials and packing. A 20% Restocking Fee will apply on all returns other than damage or defective replacements

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for returned merchandise shipping costs.

No returns are accepted on software or computer cards and circuit boards.

In the unlikely event of damaged or defective software media or circuit board damage, the original manufacturer must be contacted directly for replacement of defective media or electronic components in accordance with the particular manufacturer's warranty.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Damage Claims:
In the event of shipping damage, contact the carrier immediately to report a damage claim and schedule an inspection by a carrier representative. Save all packing materials and boxes. You must also notify PCDJ Ltd at t: +44 (0)1482 319700
